SIPLUS HCS300I is an industrial heating controller which drives resistive loads via solid-state relays or contactors. SIPLUS HCS300I was developed on the basis of the SIMOCODE system.

The SIPLUS HCS300I industrial heating controller is modular, flexible and TIA compatible:

Modular and flexible, because SIPLUS HCS300I can be implemented in a space-saving and flexible manner due to its modular construction and can control different extruder performance classes thanks to the various modules:

Current measurement: from 2.4 A to 200 A
Voltage measurement: from 110 V to 690 V
SIRIUS solid-state relays: from 10 A to 90 A

TIA-compatible:

Simple configuration and startup by means of the user-friendly STEP7 configuration software
Simple control of SIRIUS solid-state relays via precut/preassembled cables
Communication with higher-level automation system over PROFIBUS DP
User-friendly TCP 3000 control software available

SIPLUS HCS300I can be adapted to your special application by using various modules:

The basic unit handles the central functions and communicates with the higher-level automation system.
Digital modules (DM) expand the SIPLUS HCS300I with additional digital outputs via which solid-state relays or contactors are switched.
Temperature modules (TM) process analog temperature values supplied by the temperature sensors of your plant.
The current measuring module IM measures the load currents, the voltage/current measuring module UM measures the load currents and the voltages of the heating or cooling devices, and delivers the values to the basic unit.

SIPLUS HCS300I is snap-mounted on a TH 35 DIN rail compliant with IEC 60715 or screw-mounted with additional push-in lugs.

If your application requires more than 16 temperature measuring channels or 24 digital outputs, a second SIPLUS HCS300I basic unit can be connected to the higher-level automation system. A further 16 temperature measuring channels or 24 digital outputs are therefore available.
