Molded plastic-enclosed tap-off units

Features common to all versions:

• Molded-plastic enclosures
• Partly transparent cover for the protective devices
• Energy pick-off over silver-plated lyra contacts
• Reliable prevention of incorrect mounting.
• Cables are infed from one direction (use plastic screwed cable glands with strain relief (not included in the scope of supply of the enclosure))
• Opening the enclosure and connecting the cable are possible only when the tap-off unit is removed
• Connecting cables must be supported if necessary.

Tap-off units, equipped

• One size for 1 cylindrical fuse (10 mm × 38 mm), phase assignment L1, L2 or L3 can be freely selected
• One size for 3 cylindrical fuses (10 mm × 38 mm)
• One size with 3 MW space requirement (1 MW = 18 mm)

Various versions with fuse bases, miniature circuit breakers, Schuko socket outlets and CEE socket outlets up to and including 32 A

Tap-off units for equipping by the user

• One size with 3 MW space requirement (1 MW = 18 mm), for operation from the outside through a hinge switch integrated in the cover.
• Installation of devices (e.g. miniature circuit breakers) according to DIN 43871 up to and including 32 A possible.

Tap-off units made of aluminium

Features common to all versions:

• The enclosure is made from aluminum and insulating material at both ends.
• A standard mounting rail is integrated for device installation.
• Energy pick-off over silver-plated lyra contacts
• The isolating device integrated in the tap-off unit ensures that the tap-off unit is de-energized when the cover is open.
• Mounting and removing operations at the outgoing point are possible only when the cover is open (contacts inserted).
• Reliable prevention of incorrect mounting.
• Cables can be infed from 3 directions (use plastic screwed cable glands with strain relief (not included in the scope of supply of the enclosure)).
• Can be combined with ancillary equipment units for function expansions.
• Connecting cables must be supported if necessary.

• Two sizes with 4 MW or 8 MW space requirement (1 MW = 18 mm)
• Various versions with fuse bases, miniature circuit breakers, Schuko socket outlets and CEE socket outlets up to and including 32 A.
• With device installation unit for the versions equipped with miniature circuit breakers.

• Two sizes with 4 MW and 8 MW space requirement (1 MW = 18 mm)
• Without or with device installation unit for external actuation (2 sizes with 4 MW and 8 MW)
• Installation of devices (e.g. miniature circuit breakers) according to DIN 43871 up to and including 63 A possible
